We have some new and exciting options and changes to our sessions and can’t wait to see you this summer! Read through the FAQ or reach out to us if you have any questions.

Current kindergarten elementary school-aged children have the option of attending the following sessions!

  • Kids Week 1 – June 14th-18th: $565
  • Mini Camp 1 – June 21st-23rd: $290
  • Mini Camp 2 – June 23rd-26th: $435
  • Kids Week 2 – July 12th-17th: $665
  • Kids Week 3 – July 19th-24th: $665

Current middle school-aged youth have the option of attending the following sessions!

  • Middle School Super Session – June 28th-July 10th: $1,325
  • Middle School Week 1 – June 28th-July 3rd: $695
  • Middle School Week 2 – July 5th-10th: $695
  • Youth Week – July 26th-August 1st: $725

  • Q: When does registration open?
  • A: Registration is now open for summer 2020!
  • Q: What do you mean by “rising INSERT GRADE”
  • A: The grade your child will be going into after summer 2020 is the grade your child is “rising into”. Example: if your child is currently in 2nd grade this (2019-2020) school year, then they will be a “rising 3rd grader” this summer.
  • Q: I noticed there are some new sessions/options for this year? 
  • A: That is correct! We have several new (and several familiar) sessions and options for our families. These sessions will provide a range of price points and experiences for elementary, middle and high school campers!
  • Q: I go to Village Baptist Church/School, what week are we attending? 
  • A: Village Baptist elementary-aged campers will be attending together during Kids Week 1 (June 14th-18th).
  • Q: How can I register a CAP? 
  • A: Our Counselor Assistant Program requires an application in order to be considered. CAP applications will be open December 1st through January 15th, and selected applicants will be notified in February. More information can be found on our Summer Staff page.
  • Q: If I pre-registered my camper, when will that payment be applied to my camper’s account?
  • A: Your pre-registration payment will be applied to your camper’s account once you register online and pick which session of camp they will attend. 
  • Q: I have more questions about registration, who should I ask?

  • Q: Do you offer scholarships for summer camp?
  • A: Yes! We offer what we call “Camperships” to many deserving families each year. This is made possible through many generous donors (learn more about how you can partner to #GrowCOH). The application for camperships will be available starting January 1, 2020 and will be accessible via this page.

For rising 1st-5th graders. Our shortest camp session, perfect for the first-time camper!

For rising 1st-5th graders. A bit longer than Mini Camp 1, but still an excellent first-time camper experience!

Middle School Super Session

For rising 7th-9th graders. This ‘super session’ is the ultimate middle school experience at Camp Oak Hill!

For rising 10th graders. Our “Advanced Camper Experience” (ACE) program is the 1st step in our Leadership Development Program (LDP), including an off-site day adventure.

For rising 11th graders. The “Leaders In Training” (LIT) program is the 2nd step in our Leadership Development Program (LDP), including a multi-day backpacking trip.
